- All Decor Star products come with limited manufacturer's warranty. Decor Star will repair or replace any products that became defective during normal use within the warranty period as specified on each product manual .
- Defects due to physical damage are not covered under warranty.
- If the product is malfunction, please email our RMA department at firstname.lastname@example.org for verification prior on returning the products.
Provided that the conditions for warranty eligibility are met, each product is warranted to the original purchaser for the warranty period as specified in each product manual from the date of purchase to be free of structural and mechanical defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. If a structural or mechanical defect occurs during the warranty period, Decor Star USA will, as its option,
- repair or replace the defective part(s) or product at no charge;
- issue a refund of the purchase price paid for the product (Valid within 30 days from the date of purchase); or
- issue a credit to be applied against the purchase of a new Decor Star USA product. Shipping/delivery charges may apply and are in Decor Star USA sole discretion.
Warranty is only valid for Decor Star USA products purchased from authorized retailer. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must provide valid copy of the invoice from authorized retailer.

To obtain service under the Limited Warranty, please contact the Decor Star USA Customer Care Department by email at email@example.com. Do not ship your product back to Decor Star USA. The Decor Star USA Customer Care Department will decide whether to repair or replace your product, issue a refund, or issue a credit.
